1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClinicalDeck (clinicaldeck.com), operated under the business name ClinicalDeck, based in Accra, Ghana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ClinicalDeck is an independent educational platform providing medical exam preparation content, including CBT-style practice questions, OSCE simulation stations, study notes, and flashcards, for medical graduates preparing for licensing examinations.
3. Independence and No Affiliation
ClinicalDeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Medical and Dental Council of Ghana (MDC-GH) or any other regulatory or licensing body. Our content is original and is not drawn from past official examination papers. Success on ClinicalDeck does not guarantee success on any official licensing examination.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Access to premium features requires payment of a subscription fee through our third-party payment processor, Paystack. By subscribing, you authorise ClinicalDeck to charge the applicable fee for your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Refund Policy
All payments made to ClinicalDeck are final and non-refundable, including partial subscription periods. We encourage you to review our plan features and pricing carefully before subscribing. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@clinicaldeck.com within 7 days of the charge.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to free or restricted access. No refund is issued for the remaining period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your account credentials, reproduce or redistribute ClinicalDeck's content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ClinicalDeck, including questions, explanations, study notes, and branding, is the property of ClinicalDeck and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ClinicalDeck is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is error-free or that it fully reflects current examination content or clinical guidelines at all times. Use of this platform is at your own discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicalDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including examination outcomes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ClinicalDeck after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
