How do I subscribe to a plan?

Choose a plan on our Pricing page, click Get Started, and follow the checkout steps. Payments are processed securely through Paystack.

How do I reset my password?

On the Login page, click "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

What subjects are covered in the question bank?

ClinicalDeck covers 12 core subjects including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Pathology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Psychiatry, and Public Health.

Can I access ClinicalDeck on mobile?

Yes, ClinicalDeck works on mobile browsers as well as desktop. No app download is required.

Is ClinicalDeck affiliated with the MDC-GH?

No. ClinicalDeck is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Medical and Dental Council of Ghana or any other regulatory body.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Terms of Service for our refund policy.

Do you offer refunds?

All payments are non-refundable once processed. Please review our Terms of Service before subscribing.

How often is content updated?

Our question bank and study notes are reviewed and updated regularly to stay aligned with current clinical guidelines.
